A collection of songs performed by the band of ESPN sports commentator Peter Gammons benefitting a Boston area charity. Somewhat noteworthy for Alvin fans is a rendering of Nyquil Blues by Mr. Gammons's band. The cd booklet liner notes state, in part: "That 1976 night when Darrel Johnson was fired as Red Sox Manager, Carlton Fisk and I were at a North Dallas honky-tonk to hear Ray Wylie Hubbard and The Cowboy Twinkies...and the opening act was Alvin Crow. That was the first time I heard "Nyquil Blues...."
